About
Djoko Saylendro is a senior business development and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience across property development, tourism destinations, and marketing communications in Indonesia. He currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager at PT Jababeka Tbk, one of Indonesia's most established industrial estate and township developers, where he is tasked with developing new areas of growth for the group.
Prior to this, as General Manager of Sales & Marketing for Tanjung Lesung — a 1,500-hectare beachfront tourism destination under PT Jababeka — he was responsible for master planning, housing product development, pricing strategy, and investor relations, shaping one of West Java's flagship tourism cities from the ground up.
His path there was built through four years leading Corporate Marketing for Jababeka's industrial estate business, eight years running his own marketing production agency, and over a decade scaling a national retail distribution network from 5 to 100 outlets. He began his career as a structural engineer — a technical foundation that still shapes how he evaluates land, feasibility, and project economics today.
That hands-on foundation never went away. Djoko still builds websites, sets up and runs Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and manages SEO himself — no agency in between — alongside a personal stack of AI-powered tools for financial modeling and market intelligence.
